A strength training session designed to make you stronger and more confident.Each session targets different muscle groups with smartly programmed sets using dumbbells, kettlebells, and our full range of machines—smith, leg press, chest/back, and more. Progressive overload and paired exercises push your limits while keeping every rep intentional. Dynamic, challenging, and empowering… all packed into 45 minutes of pure power.
