Hi, I’m Loreal, founder of Power Cycle Studio. I found cycling in 2018 and it changed everything. Cardio was never my thing, but the moment I walked into that dark room — loud music, bright lights, energy you could feel in your chest — it stopped feeling like a workout and started feeling like freedom. When my husband received orders to Germany, we packed up our life in Sacramento, pregnant with our first child, and quickly learned what it means to lean on each other and build a life far from everything familiar. Far from my village, I searched for that feeling again — that community, that release, that celebration of showing up for yourself — and when I couldn’t find it, I built it. Power Cycle Studio was born in September 2025 for every person who needs a place to put themselves first, build confidence, and be reminded of how strong they truly are. We offer childcare because I know firsthand what it feels like to want something for yourself but have no village to make it possible. Fitness is what we achieve physically — but community and connection are what this place is truly built on. Every ride, every rep, every drop of sweat is a reminder that you are stronger than you think — we are your village.
